Making a claim at Diamond is as easy, please follow the following procedures to ensure your claim request is completed with all the information submitted.
If you have suffered a loss, ensure that you notify us within the shortest possible time either by phone, email in writing or indeed walk in at any of our office locations.
For theft claims the Police have to be notified immediately.
Accidents involving Motor Vehicles please submit the following documents
- Completed motor claim form ( download click here or obtain a copy from any of our office locations
- Original Police Report
- Certified copy of drivers licence
- Certified copy of motor vehicle registration certificate ( white book)
- Three repair quotations
Where a motor vehicle needs to be repaired, a motor assessor is appointed 24hrs after claim registration a report is submitted by the assessor and a repair authorisation order is issued thereafter
Thefts involving motor vehicles please submit the following

- Original Police report
- Certified copy of drivers licence
- Certified copy of motor vehicle registration certificate
Fast track and small claims with full documents submitted are settled within 48hrs Non Motor claims, please submit the following documents
- Completed general loss claim form (download)
- Proof of value of item
- Three repair / replacement quotations
- Police report for stolen item
